Orient is focused on providing IT Infrastructure and services related with IT needs of an Organization. Our objective is to provide single window to customer for all their IT needs. Where is your office located ?
We have sales office in seven cities in India, which includes Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Banglore, Chennai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.
Apart from these major metro cities, we have service support in 32 cities across India.

Do you have pan India presence ?
Yes, We currently provide services in more than 50 cities within India, covering entire India. We have grown with our customers and that has helped us stretch our support delivery across India.

What are orient service differentiators ?
We have more than 15 years of experience behind us. Also, we have committed and certified workforce trained on various technologies. We can act as single source for all IT needs and that reduces the administrative efforts. Support across India ensures that the growing organizations don’t need to worry about the support at any locations within India. We have demonstrated the project execution skill sets and Technical Expertise time and again and we have reference customers to vouch for it.

Can you provide Services on holiday or weekends ?
We do provide services on holidays or weekends. While our normal support timings are Monday to Friday – 9:30 to 6:00PM and on Saturday it is 9:30 to 2:00PM, but based on the service delivery requirements or SLA we can customize to suite your needs. Even if there is no SLA, we can provide on call support on holiday or weekends.

Do you provide 24X7 support services ?
Yes, we do. In fact, we have 24x7 Remote Support Center based out of Mumbai. This remote support center is backed by field support team available 24x7. However, these support services are provisioned for customers whom we have signed the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the same. Currently, 24x7 Support is extended to only customers who are in SLA with us.

What is your hybrid model comprises of ?
We provide Hybrid Service delivery model, wherein technical support team is deployed at customer site and the critical application / device support is extended via 24x7 remote support desk. This ensures that the response and resolution time is minimum for the IT user. We are shortly coming out with Cloud based Service Model, where we can deliver IT-as-a-Service and customers can focus on their business.

What UTM products you specialize in ?
We work with Fortinet to provide customers with UTM- Unified Threat Management Solution. We believe that one solution may not fit all customers need and hence our approach is to study customers IT Investments and priorities to suggest a suitable solution..

What kind of certification and accreditations do you have ?
Our philosophy is to provide constant training and retraining to the Sales as well as Technical teams. We actively participate in trainings conducted by vendors and also encourage technical support team to keep pace with the certification program supported by vendors. These adds to their personal growth and also ensures right skill sets required to support customers. We have recently, tied with Qualified Learning Systems founded by Mr. Shiv Khera for in-house trainings.
This constant emphasis on learning and relearning has also ensured that we have the Premium Partnerships with all the leading IT vendors.

We stay focused on meeting customer’s expectations and believe in excellence. Our strength is our delivery team and execution capabilities. We are different from other SI’s in terms of executing the projects on our strengths and don’t break the project and execute through outsourced model.
